I first worked with Brian in 2022 for my first-time home purchase. I did a lot of research about being a first-time home buyer and had a lot of questions. Brian provided detailed yet easy to understand explanations of my options for FHA or conventional loans as a first-time home buyer. Back then I chose FHA loan and Brian helped me to close on time - scheduled the appraisal quickly and worked closely with my realtor and the title company. Now in 2025, I was pleased to find Brian was still available and he again helped me with a conventional loan. Brian helped me get the lowest interest rate versus many other online lenders as well as brick-and-mortar lenders, and the lowest cost for fees - so the best closing costs and monthly payment. I rate Brian five out of five and would contact him again if I ever need another loan, such as refinancing.
